Privacy Policy

Version: 1.4.0 Effective: 2026-08-24 Last updated: 2026-08-24

1. Scope and contact

This Policy explains how Deem handles data when you use the service. For privacy questions or requests, email support@deem.health. Do not email sensitive information.

2. Data we may process

  • Your phone number, verification code, and session data.
  • Profile information you enter, such as name, date of birth, and sex.
  • Information you enter about your health need or booking intake, including medications or allergies when you choose to provide them.
  • Clinic, doctor, service, and booking selections and details.
  • Insurance information or files you choose to provide.
  • Your email address when you join the launch waitlist.
  • Limited website usage data, such as page, language, device or browser information, and waitlist conversion, when you allow Google Analytics. Deem does not send your waitlist email address to Google Analytics.
  • Support communications and operational and security records designed to avoid sensitive health information.

3. Why we use data

We use data to operate identity, session, and profile functions; show information you request; support bookings and record booking details when you ask; handle insurance information when you ask; manage the launch waitlist and launch updates; understand website usage when you allow analytics; provide support; protect the service; and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Your choices and sensitive data

You choose information to provide when using care, booking, insurance, or waitlist features. Do not use those features or provide sensitive data if you do not want it processed for the purpose shown at the relevant step. Analytics is off until you allow it, and you may change that choice through Privacy Choices. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it; this may affect features that depend on that data.

5. Data sharing

When you join the waitlist, Resend receives your email address, selected language, form placement, and signup time to deliver an internal notification to Deem's chosen mailbox, which may be hosted in Google Workspace. If you allow analytics, Google receives limited website usage events as the analytics provider. Deem does not include your waitlist email address or health, insurance, identity, or booking details in analytics events. Before Deem enables another feature that sends your data to a clinic, service party, or other external recipient, the relevant disclosure must be provided or this Policy updated.

6. Processing locations and transfers

Deem does not claim a specific processing location or transfer mechanism in this version because operational evidence is not complete. This Policy will be updated before a path requiring additional location or transfer disclosure is used.

7. Retention and deletion

Deem does not publish a fixed retention period or promise a deletion outcome in this version because the operational decision and evidence are not final. More specific information will be published when it is approved.

8. Security

Security controls for the release candidate remain subject to operational verification. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share a verification code or email health or insurance information or identity documents.

9. Your rights and requests

You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal, or deletion through Privacy Choices or support@deem.health. Appropriate identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

10. Policy changes

The current Policy will remain at this URL. For a material change, we will update the version and last-updated date and publish Arabic and English editions with matching dates.
