By using Deem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use Deem only when you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Deem’s role

Deem is a service for exploring clinics, doctors, and healthcare services and completing bookings; it is not a healthcare provider or emergency service. Deem does not provide a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

3. Account information

When a feature asks for information, provide accurate and current information and keep verification codes and access details confidential. You are responsible for activity through your access to Deem.

4. Clinic and service information

Clinic, service, and availability information may change. The clinic or provider remains responsible for care and its information. Verify important information directly before making a decision.

5. Bookings

Appointment availability may change until a booking is completed in Deem. Deem does not guarantee appointment availability or a care outcome.

6. Medical information and emergencies

Information available through Deem does not replace professional assessment and is not a diagnosis or treatment. For medical emergencies in Saudi Arabia, call 997.

7. Insurance and price information

Any insurance or price information is informational or estimated unless reliable verification is issued for the specific context. Confirm coverage and cost with the responsible party before receiving a service.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Deem, seek unauthorized access, disrupt the service, provide misleading information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

9. Content and rights

Deem’s name, service experience, and original content are protected. Third-party clinic names, brands, and information remain their owners’ property; displaying them grants no additional rights.

10. Suspension and changes

Deem may restrict access for misuse or security risk and may change the service or stop features. The current Terms will remain at this URL with their version and update date.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Deem is provided as available and within limits permitted by applicable law. Deem is not responsible for medical decisions, third-party care, or third-party information. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
