What is Deem?
Deem is an upcoming AI-guided healthcare marketplace built for Saudi Arabia. It is designed to bring finding clinics, doctors, and healthcare services, comparing relevant options, and booking care into one clear journey. AI helps people navigate care options; it does not diagnose or replace a healthcare professional.
Can I use Deem today?
Not yet. The iPhone app is not publicly available, and Deem's marketplace inventory is not complete. The website currently offers an early-access waitlist, and we will contact you when Deem is ready.
Does Deem diagnose or give medical advice?
No. Deem is a service for exploring clinics, doctors, and healthcare services and completing bookings. It is not a healthcare provider, it does not provide a diagnosis or treatment recommendation, and information available through Deem does not replace professional assessment.
Is Deem an emergency service?
No. Deem is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies in Saudi Arabia, call 997.
Which country does Deem cover?
Deem is built for Saudi Arabia.
Does Deem list every clinic and doctor in Saudi Arabia?
No. Deem does not claim complete marketplace inventory. Clinic, service, and availability information may change, and the clinic or provider remains responsible for its care and its information. Verify important information directly before making a decision.
Does Deem guarantee an appointment or a care outcome?
No. Appointment availability may change until a booking is completed in Deem, and Deem does not guarantee appointment availability or a care outcome.
What about prices and insurance?
Any insurance or price information is informational or estimated unless reliable verification is issued for the specific context. Confirm coverage and cost with the responsible party before receiving a service.
What happens to my email address when I join the waitlist?
It is stored to manage the launch waitlist and to notify you when Deem is ready. Resend receives it to deliver an internal notification to Deem's chosen mailbox. Website analytics never receives your email address.
How does website analytics work on deem.health?
Where the law that applies to you requires prior consent, analytics stays off until you allow it. Where that law does not require it, analytics is active from your first visit and you can turn it off. Google Analytics and Mixpanel receive limited website usage events, never your waitlist email address or health, insurance, identity, or booking details. You can review or change this choice through Privacy Choices.
